What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code for AusBiotech Invest is business casual.
Will sessions be recorded and available afterward?
No, sessions will not be recorded.
Where can I find who is attending AusBiotech Invest 2025?
If you are registered for AusBiotech Invest 2025, a delegate list will be emailed to you shortly before the event and after the event.
Will I have access to the delegates list?
Yes, the full delegate list will be emailed to all delegates a week before the conference.
Does registration to AusBiotech Invest 2025 include attendance to the AusBiotech International Conference 2025?
No, registration to AusBiotech Invest 2025 does not include attendance to the AusBiotech International Conference 2025. These are two separate events and will require individual conference passes. To purchase an AusBiotech International Conference 2025 pass, please click here.
What is the cost to attend AusBiotech Invest 2025?

Pricing will vary on if you are member of AusBiotech, or if you are attending as an investor or pitching at the event.
- Qualified investors can apply to attend free of charge here.
- If you do not meet the qualified investors criteria you can purchase a member or non-member ticket here.
- If you have been accepted to pitch at AusBiotech Invest 2025 then you will attend free of charge along with one other from your company.
What are the pricing periods?
Tickets can be purchased up until the day before the event begins, subject to availability. Please note that sales may close earlier if the event sells out.
What do I do if I haven't received a confirmation email or invoice?
Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from invest@ausbiotech.org with the subject line “AusBiotech Invest 2025 | Registration confirmation”. If payment has been made for your registration, this email will include the invoice for your registration.
If you have not received this email or are missing your invoice, please send an email to invest@ausbiotech.org from the email address associated with your registration. We may possibly ask for a payment confirmation for this registration, so please ensure that you have this on hand.
Can I edit the information in my registration?
A link to update your information was included in the confirmation email sent to you upon registering. This link will allow you to update your position, additional emails, phone numbers, address, special requests and industry sector.
To update further information on your registration, please contact invest@ausbiotech.org.
Can I share my registration on site with another delegate?
AusBiotech Invest 2025 registrations are only valid for the named attendee only. Transferring of registrations during the duration of the conference is prohibited and security personnel will be on site.
If you wish to transfer your registration prior to the conference, please refer to the answer in the question above.
How do I update or cancel my registration for AusBiotech Invest 2025?
If you wish to transfer your registration, please email invest@ausbiotech.org with the following information:
- Your name
- The email address associated with your registration
- The name of your replacement and their title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, Prof., etc)
- The email address of your replacement
- The company name of your replacement and their position
- Confirmation that they will be attending the same functions you had signed up for
- If you wish to cancel your registration, please first read the AusBiotech cancellation and refund policy. Once you have read this, please contact invest@ausbiotech.org.
How can I apply to pitch?
You can apply to pitch at AusBiotech Invest by clicking here. This will take you to our application page where you can submit your application to our Investment team for review.
When do applications to apply to pitch close?
Applications to pitch close on 7 September 2025.
What is included in the pitching company price?

How many investors attend this event?
We typically see around 280 investors in attendance.
Will I have time to connect with investors?
Yes. If you’re accepted to pitch at AusBiotech Invest, you’ll gain access to our exclusive business matching platform, AusPartnering, which is only available to investors and pitching companies. This allows you to arrange one-on-one meetings with relevant investors. Additionally, there are ample networking opportunities during scheduled breaks and the post-event cocktail reception.

How do I express my interest in being a speaker?

How do I express my interest in exhibiting and/or partnering with AusBiotech?
Please note that we do not have an exhibition at AusBiotech Invest.
